Hi all, Our group in Santa Barbara is looking to fill a couple of positions, so I thought I’d advertise to the Blind community here and see if anyone is interested in joining the Quantum AI team. https://careers.google.com/jobs/results/?company=Google&company=Google%20Fiber&company=YouTube&distance=50&employment_type=FULL_TIME&hl=en_US&jlo=en_US&location=Goleta,%20CA,%20USA&q=&sort_by=relevance
Fab/ device?
One of the postings up now is for someone with semiconductor equipment experience, yes. We also will likely have another posting for a more process development type role.
Job description for fab equipment engr looks like an administrator position for grad school clean room. Id be very interested if it was process development role for actual quantum hardware.
+1 no experience but I can learn things fast
How woke is the organization?
DM if you are looking for a SWE
I’m a Software Engineering Microsoft intern minoring in Physics. I have some exposure developing software with Q# which is Microsoft language for the quantum framework. If you’re hiring interns, feel free to reach out to me at mogals@msoe.edu! I’m really passionate about this field, if it’s not obvious!
+1, really interested ; DM me; even if I don't get selected it will be worthwhile to see how quantum tech is being used for ai of all the things

you need physicists, developers.. Or people who have the ability to unlearn everythingything and start all over again ?
We need SWEs, analog/RF electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, fab/process experts. We’ve actually got plenty of physicists.
Interested but no experience with quantum / recently failed google onsite 😂
