Internal Transfer to UK

Very difficult at the moment. Recently announced reorg in the UK consumer business (span of control) has put lots of L6 & L7s in a bad place for career growth so good L7 jobs are highly competitive. Usually not tough to internally transfer but you may be competing with more locals now. Yes Amazon pays relo but it depends on the role (it will say in jobfinder if the role will cover int’l relo).
