Internal transfer
I saw a job on jobfinder. Contacted the manager and he told me to apply officially when I didn’t want to . I did that and he talked to my manager even without conducting an interview and they talked and then the HM stopped responding. Didn’t even give me chance to interview. I am not LE and have good reviews on forte. Isn’t this unprofessional behavior?

Sucks, but..Anytime you hit apply for internal jobs it triggers a CC to your direct manager. Make sure you whatever role it is, you are able to do an informal loop. Some (maybe even most) managers understand and are good with that. Others not so much. Make sure you communicate that upfront before applying though and set that expectation.
Next time don’t do that until you’re two conversations deep.
It's possible you're on the dev list
Mgr told hv rating + I got increase comp
Dev list and LE are not the same thing. You could easily be on a Dev list and still rated HV.

Went trough a thorough interview loop, got thumbs up from the HM, he told me to apply, I did. few days later he told me he could not move forward to talk to my manager. I had already spoken to my manager about my aspirations to do something else and he had said that he would not block me and would support me! Lies. By the way the HM and my HR bp had told me that the only way I could be blocked is if I was in a PIP and I was not. When I contacter HR bp , I was told that my manager must have given a bad picture of me! I’m stuck in here .... anybody had similar experience ? Now I am constantly dodging ‘bullets’ from him... Hell! Horrible culture!
