You don't get raises with promotions at oracle. If you're lucky you may get something at the next annual cycle (january) but don't hold your breath
So it means either wait for the lucky day or leave oracle and move to another company.
Bingo. I've heard of people using offer letters and threatening to leave as a way to get a raise, but is it really worth staying at that point?
