International relocation for BIE
Hi, How difficult is it to get relocated to Amazon USA or Canada as a L4 BIE from India? What all approvals or conditions are to be met for something like this to happen? Experience in Amazon as L4 is >1.5 years Can someone shed light on the compensation too?

It happens rarely and requires VP approvals. It is better to wait till l5 as you have already covered 1.5 yrs
Is it easier to get an international relocation after becoming L5? Don't we have a 1 year rule in the same level too?
