Interview Coming Up - AWS Questions

I have my on-site interview this week with AWS. Sr Customer Solutions Mgr title, listed on the website as TECH PM/PgM/PrM. Recruiter is understandably very resistant to providing the gritty details. I know is that this is supposed to be L6, but do not know if this qualifies as program, product or project. This is NOT in SF or NYC. 1. What should be the expected compensation at this level? If I hear a number in the low 200s will I have room to negotiate to low 300s? I've got a competing offer from a startup. 2. How many examples of projects do I need for LPs? I have 5 sets of interviews scheduled, and have been warned about reusing projects. Some projects were more eventful and show LPs more than others. 3. Cover tattoos (nothing inappropriate) or not? I've got nice, brightly colored and well designed sleeves. 4. Any last words on how to really knock this out of the park? TC: 175k YOE: 15
