was asked a leetcode medium and the follow up to the same question was leetcode hard. despite the bad reviews of the process i read on glassdoor, the interview was pretty nice. when i made a typo causing my code to have a runtime error he pointed it out to me. in the beginning of the interview he introduced himself and what he does and also asked me a little of my background. overall great experience for this round. dont know my results yet but will update when i get them
Interesting, we're you able to find the optimal solution for the medium first try? I'm assuming the problems weren't too complicated or else 1 hr for all that seems to be a lot. Not sure if I'm ready for this, haha!
Im hoping some other Lime ppl will also chime in here but there is kind of a sense of things slowly coming apart at the seams here. Big turn over with a lot of key people and original employees. Just yesterday senior PM left and this was only two weeks after the first PM hired left. About two months ago 10 or so OG employees left on their own or were pushed out. The culture is not great for ICs either. There is a sense that you are not valued as much as management and leadership. The leadership is mostly newer people who weren’t here for the initial success so don’t understand that culture that lead to that success but get to take al the credit for it.
