Interview cool off period at Microsoft

Hey Guys, I failed a hiring event interview with Microsoft last October. I want to re-apply and was wondering If I can apply now. I heard Microsoft does not have any cool off period. Can anyone advise on this? Also, any referrals would be appreciated! Thanks YOE: 5 TC: 140K
