Interview on L1 visa
Currently, I am on L1 visa but i like to give interview once in a while. Can an employer sue me if I just give interview by telling that I have H1b visa and don’t join job later?

Well, who doesn't. This seems to bring in altercations if employer is pissed and wanted to pursue.
Is there a way that they will get to know about my visa if I don’t provide them?
