I did my final interview for an analytics role at LinkedIn. While all my previous interviews had quick turnaround times, like within 1-2 days my recruiter had already a response, this one is taking longer than usual.. its almost 1 week now. I'm planning to follow up with them tomorrow, but I'd like to know if it's a good or bad sign that things become silent all of a sudden...

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
It can vary on the role, I interviewed for SWE. Heard back from recruiter within 1 day for phone screens and 5 business days for onsite.
Did you get the offer ?
Recruiters suck, in general. Hiring managers are often just as frustrated with the recruiter as the candidates are. I once lost a great candidate because a recruiter took too long to provide the offer. But...you say "silent all of a sudden." This makes me think it's not a bad recruiter and you might be getting ghosted. Send a note.
There’s like 10 posts on this already. If your recruiter is Shawna Hernandez good luck...
She just sucks doesn't she? Won't call you, won't take calls. Screws up interview dates. Mixes up interview rounds. It's not just her though. Everybody on the recruiting team is kind of pathetic. They are right out of college and don't seem to understand what needs to be done to get a good interview experience.
5 days (give or take) is normal for hiring committee review- not all of it is on our recruiters though, the interviewers need to input their feedback before you can even get reviewed
1 week is very normal.
Sometimes Hiring committees don’t meet especially when it is near a holiday or a long weekend. It’s always good to follow through. May not be a bad sign! 🤘🏼
Side question - did anyone get the full benefits package email and explanation and everything BEFORE their on-site (I.e from original recruiter, not the senior recruiter)? It’s like they were selling me before going through the remainder of the process - is this normal?
That’s standard
