Interview within 3 months of new job

I moved to a new job 3 months back and got a call from a company that if I get will definitely join them. During the course of interview should I mentioned my recent move? I’m on H1b so I know that I have to provide my legal status documents and that will tell the story itself. What do u think? If yes that I should be honest, can someone help in how to put it so that it doesn’t go south?

Be open upfront. Let them know in the early stages so you don’t waste your time. If it’s meant to go south it’ll go south.

they don’t care. so there’s no reason not to disclose it. there’s no reason to volunteer it either, outside of the h1b process.

I applied last year and due to no premium processing for H1 last year we didn’t move. Now that it’s back, the recruiter sent me an email if I’m interested! I think the best thing is to be honest about it

If you are junior then don’t bring it up unless it is asked directly. If you are more senior and can honestly provide good reasoning then be honest about it.

Don't stress. They reached out to you, so if they asked, just say "you've reached out to me, and I always think very highly of your company". Your current company will be pissed off, but you make the best move for yourself. I did this myself. I felt shitty about it but would've done the same. Single best move in my career.

I think this is a good idea!
