Interviewing a Psychopath
Have you ever interviewed a psychopath for a role? What did you think? How did you handle it? Did they still get the job? How did you know they were a psychopath?
Most CEOs have some degree of psychopathy according to a Harvard publication
You’d never know if you did.
OP, do you submit that with the interview feedback? The candidate aced the technical interview and displays leadership skills. But in my experience, I have diagnosed as a psychopath. No hire.
Have been interviewed by psychopaths though.

How do you know it was a psychopath?
You would only be able to find this out based on behavioral questions. The manner with which they respond to a technical question isn’t enough (unless they have a very strange story/anecdote behind a professional experience of that topic)
Stop diagnosing others.
