Interviewing for Google US from India
I recently quit PayPal and moved to India(taking a break and not working anywhere). Recently a recruiter from Youtube contacted me for a role. I have scheduled a call next week and will let him know about it. I was wondering if anyone interviewed successfully from India for roles in Google US.
Just curious what happened to h1b? Will you qualify for the new h1b quota?

Sure man! Will definitely update! Yeah I think changing on receipt is not an issue! You should go ahead! Unless you are in some shady consultancy non tech role, I don’t see an issue!

Could be multiple scenarios. h1 expired and trump did not renew, etc.
No, voluntarily quit! Have H-1 with an approved I-140. Didn’t have any issues with visa. I wanted to take a break. You cannot stay more than 60 days after you quit on H-1B.
