Have an interview coming up with Facebook onsite for their university days event. The interview is 3-4 rounds with one being about my projects and resume. For those that have went through a similar process, is the onsite for new grad hires any easier because it’s during University Days?
I keep seeing tc. What is that
U Days is a really cool event that doesn't change your chances in any way, but does a better job of trying to sell you on FB - when I went to UDays as a prospective intern (there were full timer applicants there too) they took us on a campus tour and let us try out Oculus and shit - plus you get a shitty looking tshirt and a decent hat. But to answer your question, no it doesn't change your chances of hiring at all. Do well on your interviews and you'll get the offer, simple as that.
I just got a confirmation that there will be 4 rounds (3technical), 2 coding based and one resume based but I’m unsure of what the 4th round is
Probably system design /architecture. Can't say for sure though, I did Udays for internship not full time.
OP how was the onsite
Tc?
