Question is for introverted engineering managers in tech companies. How do you work around working with larger teams and maintaining connections with groups? I know there have been a great number of people grown in ranks for whom it's not an issue at all. I am curious about what recipes people have in general. I still struggle to find satisfaction and strive for personal time and focus.

Introversion is the original snowflake and leadership is the first true place in life where you will experience its detrimental effects. No more coddling your social anxiety by pretending "human communication makes you low energy". No more bullshit lists of "how to communicate with introverts". Introverts are the worst.
You as a human is the worst!
Yes, people like Dilge are worst. This amazing thing happens in anon forums like blind, where people freely criticize others, even if they have done no harm to them. Anyways, if introverts are the worst, leave them alone and go back to your miserable life. :) Peace;
