How high can a PM2 total comp package go in San Diego? Currently making $220K total comp: 155k base, 31K bonus, 35K RSU. 5 YOE as PM. Can they get close or beat this? Appreciate any info.
5 YOE as PM, several more YOE in non relevant role
What do u call non-relevant role?
Irrelevant role, non-tech in education
Total YOE?
5 as PM. Rest were non relevant
L63?
No Intuit PMs on Blind?
PM2 in SDG won’t be able to even match 155k base imo. That’s even pushing high end senior PM base
Thanks for the input, I’m trying to push for Senior PM
Bonus and RSUs are about right for senior PM if you have high performance ratings. Your current base is on the higher end for senior. Intuit stock is rising faster than Microsoft so RSU value over time would put you ahead.
YOE?
