Coworker keeps pounding on keyboard making irritating noise all day. Emails from her are so long and verbose that you start snoozing before you can read an entire email. She also documents every single thing you talk with her and IM her and submits it to manager as if she spent time working on it. How to deal with this?
That is weird. Let her manager deal with it though. As a manager I have in the past worked with my team mates to help them write more succinct emails. And I have also had people set up time with me to complain about one of my team mates. While I pushed back in front of them, I did work with the team mate to try and help him out. I also took hrβs help in finding ways to better train the person. Tldr- talk to the manager if anything. Bring it up casually and ask if u could do anything to help the manager. He or she might have some background for u about ur colleagues behavior.
For someone explaining succinctness in emails, your post is extremely verbose.

Gross! Hope the women at Microsoft don't work with you or stay safe
You had me at LβOreal. Just a nice reminder that tech is everywhere.
I have the same problem with a brogrammer behind me. Only he uses a mechanical keyboard. Iβm waiting on the day for my opportunity to spill a drink on his keyboard.
Wear headphones. I'm sorry that you're a troglodyte that can't appreciate how much better it feels to type on a mechanical keyboard.
There's no reason to have a loud keyboard in the office. There are quiet mechanical options.
Ah open space is sooooo good for the company
So good for noise canceling headphone sales.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Noise canceling headphones and a Grimes playlist.
