Joined a team recently with a recently promoted lead who is not doing well with his job. He is under a lot of pressure and cant set reasonable expectations for higher ups, fights with his peers and team and does not take any feedback, team members are too scared to say anything to him but complains behind his back as he is known to target individuals. Why do people with with low EQ get promoted?
