Yeah, that's the funny part I should have mentioned, my follow up went the same or even worse at some points
But I didn't get rejected, after the second one, that's what gives me hope
How is the behavioral interview at facebook? Do they ask the "tell me about a time that ..." shit? How do you know empathy and conflict solving were your weaknesses?
Yeah, that exactly what they ask :) It starts from tell me about yourself and goes deeply with those questions. I got feedback and it said that there are my "lack of signals" or mixed signals
Was this a software eng (dev) role or a manager role? I didnt know behavioral matters so much for dev roles.
