Is Google Kirkland bad?
I have heard many people say that it is nothing like Google main campus. And too much politics and stagnation going on, anyone has first hand experience? Also direct comparison between MSFT ignoring the compensation for a minute.

Yes. Lots of politics. Very slow pace. Most of the people resting and vesting. But still better than Amazon and Microsoft!!
Where do you think most of the people at Google Kirkland used to work before? Answer that and you should be able to figure out what sort of place it is. π
