What you guys think, will HR 392 really pass? Btw just to be clear, the answer shouldn’t be what you want but should be based on the current political climate. PS: whether it’s good or bad that’s a separate debate, you can find a lot of blind posts for that, please don’t spam about that here 😀

Did you even read the initial post? It only asked for posts about whether HR392 will pass. Why spam this thread with something you can google in 10 seconds? This literally has nothing to do with TC or YOE. And for the record, both my Husband and I who are immigrants going through GC process with tech companies say NO it will not pass.
