Salesforce chillness varies a lot depending on which part of the company you're in and what product you're working on. Not to mention your role (eng, mgmt, test, etc...).

9 out of 10 folks I know who went to Salesforce are lazy morons with bad work ethics and incapable of doing anything beyond making generic statements that sound right. Not sure how this company is still above water.

Are you a hard working talented individual? If yes, pass on Salesforce. If you’re average in talent and lazy in work ethic than go to Salesforce.
What about high talent, but want good wlb and autonomy?
Very very good wlb. But things move very very slow, so be prepared to go from 5th gear to 1st. Frustrating to say the least. Autonomy is not really common, it’s all about the sales. Remember it’s not a technology company.
