From the existing posts on Blind, it seems the sales culture is not that great. What about engineering culture? Glassdoor says its mostly positive. I’m thinking of going to a startup anyway, and Samsara looks like it’s growing incredibly fast and has great opportunities for technical challenges and ownership. The engineering team looks pretty strong overall.
They’re growing pretty well and have found a good place in the market. They’ll definitely ipo or get bought out. But the engineering challenges there from what I can judge are not too exciting.
