I am interviewing with Uber. I am curious if it is a good time to do so. I am interviewing for a team that seems to be have been effected by layoffs and yet they are interviewing more people. Any thoughts ? If the layoffs are attempts to rethink and focus on right areas, why layoff and hire on the same teams?
