Is it possible to negotiate for number of PTO days with Google ?
Google gives 15 PTOs by default. At FB we have 21 days, is it possible to negotiate it to at least 20 ?
Is it normal for the offer to say that the salary is “subject to periodic review”?

Although there is an official PTO limit. There is no one counting it. It's ok if you go a few days extra. You can talk to your manager about it. If you planning for a few months, well that could be a problem.
I mean what will extra 5 days do? Not worth negotiating this... Just take sick time if you really need it
