Is it safe to keep interviewing after H1B transfer process started ? I have accepted an offer from Salesforce but now have an on-site with Twitter. I am going to start Salesforce next month. But given that Salesforce has already started the h1b transfer, and the fact that both Twitter and Salesforce use EIG (Erickson Immigration Group), is it possible that EIG will realize that I already accepted an offer from another one of their clients (Salesforce) and let Salesforce (or Twitter) know of my other ongoing h1b transfer ? I am worried because Twitter just sent me a questionnaire from EIG to state what my current immigration status is. Also curious about PayPal as I have a phone screen scheduled with Braintree, but prolly not gonna go through with it. They use EIG too.
They don’t share this information across clients due to attorney client confidentiality.
You already have an offer from Twitter?
Wtf..OP clearly said they've scheduled on site with Twitter. Unless you're mocking them about unnecessary worry.
Why did you accept a job you don’t want? Stop
So no it’s not safe. You know that or you wouldn’t be asking
In US it's always employment at will ... No guarantee Twitter won't kick you out. It's very unprofessional to look for a job once you start the H1 transfer. The hiring manager is expecting you to join,he would have stopped or rejected potential good fit ... And they would have used resources to work on H1 transfer case. I am scared of people like you.
Trying to ruin America
