Is not showing up to work for 10h30 scrum because it is too early a lack of respect for your teammates?
I want to know if it's ok for me to be pissed at lazy teammates. Edit: I deliver at least twice as much as them with similar YOE.
Too little Data. Do the teammates finish their work and do a good job? If the manager doesnt mind thats a sign you shouldnt care. Flexible timing is a pro in our industry.

10:30 for Morgan Stanley seems late. If people can't make it to a 10:30 meeting, maybe they have a 2 hr commute

What is the employment agreement between your teammates and workplace? Perhaps you all should talk about setting common hours, and setting meetings within it.
Once in a while: no, shit happens Continually missing standup week after week: yes, it’s disrespectful I’ve been on teams where standup is a joke and nothing productive comes out of it. In those cases, missing standup really didn’t affect anyone’s sprint commitments.
If the standup is a joke instead of skipping the standup the team should figure something more productive out
