Is the amazon 165K cap converted to local currency outside of US?
Title pretty much sums it up. If I’m going into salary discussions can I reasonably assume the cap when converted to my local currency at today’s exchange rate? I assume yes to maintain parity globally but would be good to know to have some confidence.

No definitely not. This applies to pretty much any tech company.

There is generally no similar cap outside the US. There are bands of course. TC outside the US is generally lower - exceptions to the rule, I am sure.

This is not a global policy, every country have their own pay structure. Don’t make this assumption.
