Is the telephonic interview feedback considered while making the final offer or is it just based on onsite?
In FAANG and LinkedIn. Had 3 telephonic interviews before an on-site. Hence want to get some perspective.

At FB, it’s part of your overall packet. Obviously you got a pass on it if you made it in site, but it’s not unusual at all to read through it for any signal to compare with the on-site (sometimes to your benefit, of your on-site code interview was weaker but phone was strong).
It is considered if there is some ambiguity.
