The position is for User Experience Designer, I have a little under 3 yrs experience. I was told there was not too much room for negotiation but not sure if that's just a scare tactic Base: 128k Bonus: 10% Equity: 175k over 4yrs Btw- based in SF
Very good. I just got 112k for 3 years at JPMC. I'd take it.
That's more than people with 10 years experience are being offered
Depends on location
Yeah, I'm in SF
Lowballed by Blind standards. Nobody here makes less than $250K
Take it
Always ask if it's negotiable. Worst case they say no, the offer is firm.
185k TC seems fair to me
I used to work at Linkedin and it's probably not negotiable. You should always ask but I wouldn't expect more than a 5k increase. That's a good offer and the leader of that team is phenomenal.
Awesome to hear!
Ask for more. Back it up with data or another offer. If you don't have data still ask. You might get lucky.
Is Paysa accurate? where do you get the source? Your statistics is much higher than glasssdoor's.
Salary data from users and variety of public sources. It's very good for tech roles. Use the higher stats to your advantage.
If you are good at what you do Linkedin will take care of you with equity boosts and more. Gotta look at the full picture of benefits too like DTO.
Its good for 3 years of experience
