Is upgrading to Premium causing more RFEs?
Just curious because my friend's lawyer asked him not to upgrade since the likelihood of getting an RFE is higher. Since my renewal/extension is coming up, wondering if I should.

Does not make any sense. Why would expediting cause RFEs? They're unrelated..

I’ve heard it too. Apparently they’ll issue RFE to buy in more time. Similar thing happening while stamping, they were issuing lot of 221g admin processing delays.
This is exactly what his lawyer said as well.

They will issue RFE no matter what. File in Premium, get RFE, respond to RFE, get decision in 2 weeks.
