They should make people deposit their phones at the reception if they are strictly against anyone filming their premises. Donβt give your unreleased products to employees and allow them to carry it outside a secure lab. You cannot give a gun to someone and ask him not to shoot.

Corporation shouldn't have to treat it's employees like children. Hands down its yhe guys fault not the company in any way. He deserved to get fired and it will probably really push his career down a peg.
Hes been there for 4 years. He knows the rules.
