JB Hunt Interview Process.?
I recently got a call from a JB Hunt Recruiter, initial video interview with the recruiter went well, after that they sent me a 90 minute HackerRank test session with 3 questions, I fairly did a good job in the HackerRank test. so they would like to schedule one Video Interview for an hour with the Hiring Manager and may be couple of engineers from the team. So what should I expect in that Interview.? Does anyone had an interview from JB Hunt in the past.? Please share your thoughts and experiences if any. Thank you 😊

What type of questions were on the 90 minute HackerRank?
Should be extremely straight forward, asking about your experience and a couple of basic white-boarding questions. You should know very soon after the interview whether it worked out or not. What team are you interviewing for?
Thank you for the response @Bruce-cox! They didn’t mention the team. They just sent a link for Hacker Rank CodePair video interview for 60 minutes. Btw, how is the work culture over there.? Remote working flexibility.?
Depends on the team, but it’s been pretty great so far! Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful when you need it especially when starting out. Remote work is tough, but it really depends on the team. Most teams rely on person to person communication on a daily basis to operate
