When will the systematic discrimination against underrepresented minorities end? I’m appalled that the board of JPMorgan hasn’t held Jaime Dimon accountable for this unacceptable behavior, and instead rewarding him with $28million in bonuses.

At this point the only thing that will reverse this troubling trend is to start tying executive compensation to diversity hiring - it seems this is the only way that Old Rich White Males (TM) will finally start doing something about the systematic discrimination against underrepresented minorities

      Statistically, half of the Asians at our companies should be white. And another 25% of the Asians should be black or Latino. Asians are overrepresented.

      Would there be a problem if there was an effort to get more Asians in the NFL or NBA? People like Ichiro Suzuki in the MLB and Yao Ming in the NBA have done a great job of attracting Asian audiences who may not otherwise have been interested.

      Right, it’s obvious that high skill workers like me coming from other country is more valuable to USA than slackers like my black college. I always endorse people base on their ability and knowledge, and unfortunately I’ve seen none of my black college that are good at work with right attitude.

      I highly doubt you are highly skilled. You don’t need to be a data science expert to know that a sample class of one does not reflect 21M people in the workforce and any conclusions made are beyond flawed. People like you are the ones who would think statements like Mexicans are rapists or Muslims are terrorists have validity. So I highly doubt you are an expert at anything as a person with a high school understanding of Stats knows this plus the Tiki Torch Alt White isn’t accepting application. Take a weekend and do an American History Course and understand the country you are trying to make a life in. You certainly have an implicit bias

    Just because blacks are 12 percent of the population doesn’t mean that 12 percent of the population is prepared to be a quant or a developer, for example. I don’t think blacks hold the same number of college degrees per capita as whites or Asians. Therefore, it would be racist to make 12 percent of JP Morgan black.
