Job search on OPT
I graduated this May and joined as a data scientist at Fifth Third Bank on OPT and they will sponsor H1b. I want to move to a more challenging job. Will it be a good idea to start job search now considering the fact that my company will file a H1b in April? What complications might arise?

Most company starts preparing H1B documentation by the end of Feb. Ask recruiters if they can start H1B process immediately after joined and get that in a written confirmation.
