Job stability
Which company is more likely to lay off employees? Intel or IBM? I got two offers for similar positions from these two companies and are evaluating job security.

Don't aim for job stability - when you are young, or especially when you are older! It comes down to luck! Crappy places can offer tremendous personal growth. The opposite is true too.
