Join FB in mid OCT or early NOV?
Facebook friends - Iβm joining FB. I understand that my RSU grant is assigned the average price of the month before I join. So if I join in OCT, I get SEPT prices. If I join in NOV, I get OCT prices. Which month do you think I should join?

Join in October. Price might go up after earnings because expectations are super low.

Sep is around 1yr low, if stock goes lower in Oct, FB will have bigger worries. Would take Oct.
No one can predict the future. Is your current and future salary the same? If not you are losing out on the increased salary if you delay
