Joining Facebook eng - how to prepare?

Hi @facebook and ex-fb, perhaps a strange question, but looking for tips on what to read / watch / know before joining? Any specific books everyone at FB reads? Mostly to get up to shared vocabulary and common sense :) Role is M1, so everything for SWE and manager roles applies. Thanks!
