Joining Oracle. How wise is this move?

Got E6 offer from FB, L67 from MS and IC6 from OCI. Compensation wise they are more or less comparable, FB is lowest, Oracle is highest. MS is best match for my skill set, Oracle position is the biggest scope and opportunity to own and ship new and challenging services for Cloud Infrastructure. Never really though seriously about Oracle before but the interview loop changed my mind. So I am seriously considering to join OCI, but I never saw Oracle Architect went to work for FAANG or new exciting startups. Is it the end of your career? Or it is better not to consider OCI as part of Oracle. How well is Oracle Architect reputation? Also both FB and MS made it clear that it is hard but straightforward way to E7 and Partner, and Oracle IC6 is so wide in terms of scope and comp but still is a dead end. Just trying to understand if I am making the right call and will not sink with Oracle in a few years.

OCI is not a real thing. Unless Oracle is committing massive accounting fraud, it's actually not possible that OCI exists at any scale. That's because Oracle's CapEx is simply not enough to support what they say they're building. Think about it. To compete with Amazon and Google, Oracle has to build datacenters for their customers' traffic. That means massive CapEx expenditures to build out physical scale. But when you look at their earnings statements, guess what? Single digit CapEx. So, the story doesn't add up. Either they're spending CapEx and reporting those expenditures as something else (illegal), or they're not building the IaaS thing that they say they're building. Also, with the recent departure of Thomas Kurian, reportedly for disagreements with Larry Ellison over whether to allow Oracle applications to run on cloud services other than Oracle, I would stay far away. Oracle reports earnings on Monday after the bell. Predicting it won't be pretty. TC breakdown though?
