Jr. Project Manager
just wondering how much other comapnies are offering for Jr. IT project manager with someone having 2 yeara of experience...also please share any tips on negotiating salary. should I put the first number of wait for hiring manager to put first offer.

Who tf would want to be a “Jr” anything. That sounds degrading unless you’re like a college intern.
Haha thank for the motivation, I am skilled to be senior PM tbh but I am already getting low balled as a associate so I said why not try being a junior manager just because of years of experience as being a “PM”
