Jump Trading Bonus Structure

Does anyone know what the bonus structure for Jump Trading is like? Obviously there are no refreshers like FAANG so how does it work? Is the TC just base + bonus? I heard that HTF like Citadel & Two Sigma gives bonuses higher than base salary. Is that the same for Jump Trading? What are the annual % bumps like. TC = 200
