Just got an offer for Senior Associate at Capital One. What does the comp look like?
Non technical role (strategy) with two years of experience. What does the salary and total comp look like for the role? Currently have RSUs at my company that haven’t vested yet and I would like to see how much I can negotiate. Location is VA. Thanks!

Expect ~20-30% cut from I-banking. Probably ~$120-140k all-in.
Is that all in just base + bonus or including relocation and signing bonus? I’m trying to see how much salary I can ask for without being ridiculous.
Don't feel bad, they're not going to renege the offer because you asked for too much. If they do, you don't want to work at a place like that to begin with. The target bonus is basically a constant. First see their numbers. I'd ask for like 140k base, hold your opponent in contempt.
