Met 2 different guys for about 30-45 min each. 1 guy just discussed resume and the whole “describe a time when...” 2 guy, “You like whiteboards?”... draw out and design an web application and later threw in some credit card processing. Not sure how well I did, hopefully I’ll hear something by end of day Monday.
No face to face. They had a hiring event today for a Cloud Solutions Architect role
Sweet. How did you find about the event?
A recruiter emailed me a few weeks ago and setup the interview
This was my first time interviewing with Amazon, a lot different than any other interview process I ever been apart of. I thought the whiteboard was fun, and I know I screwed up on a few parts.
I'm surprised you had only two rounds. Usual onsite interviews have 4 - 5 rounds.
Not sure either, most articles and posts say you do phone interviews and then fly to Seattle to do the Loop.
#1 is a leadership principal question, did you study on it before the interview?
What? Just 2 interviews??
only 2? strange.
