Know any remote position pays like US TC?
US Assuie animal here. I have been thinking about becoming an expat and be close to her (because I hate the distance). But I also need the green bucks for food and my US tree house. Any remote positions would pay somewhat good US TC? SWE. Base 150. Trying to get into Facebook/LinkedIn in the meantime. Update: Mainly Asia countries like SG.

Joining a consulting firm such as Accenture, etc. might be your best bet. That way you can work on client projects fully remote. You might have to travel to the client once every few months. Be upfront about what kind of work you will take when you join the consulting firm.
I have always avoided consulting firm (used to do that and projects were so inflexible). But I might have to reconsider this route as an option. Thanks!
That's why you have to be upfront about your terms when you join regarding remote work. Usually you will need to travel to the client only twice. Once at the start/kick-off and once at the end/hand-over.
