L1 from India for an entrepreneur

Hi folks - I’ve worked in the usa then returned to India and started a company with a sister llc registered in the usa. the company in India has revenues north of 350k. Do you guys know the chances of L1 getting approved for a small business owner ( biz is in exports of usa goods and ai and ml in tech). This question has been killing me lately - any insight would be appreciated!

Very slim chances. Even Google is getting rejects for L1 nowadays.

Difference is Google employees are not entrepreneurs. Apples and oranges comparison here.

You should consult attorneys!

We'll, if you're an owner, it might be more complex. But as a CEO you can try. As a first step you need file a petition to include both companies into the blanket, it's the hardest part, but it's possible if you have a good lawyer.

Yes I’m the founder and ceo and took the company from zero to 350k - dont know if that will help. Not sure about L1 blanket - i thought that was for big companies. We are small with less than 5 team members

I see. Well, USCIS is very unpredictable these days. I guess they may object based on business size.
