L1 visa: Switching internal teams?
While on the L1 visa, can you switch teams or change managers within your company? I’m a PM and plan to continue as a PM but would like to switch teams at some point

How long did it take to process your L1 before moving to US?

About 4 months for me. 2 of which were waiting, 1 was back and forth with the lawyers and the rest was document collection and administrative fillings.

The only restriction is the willingness of management, you can’t switch companies on an L1 for internal you reclassify the role. No problem to a company that value talent
