Includes but not limited to: Job responsibilities Job qualifications Your history with the company and why they need you in the USA location Details in the job offer. Salary, title,...
Been through the same thing. They did ask lots of details/intricacies of your tasks to be performed. The idea is that you’re nearly able to recite what is in your packet. I did see people get refused right in front of me. (One had a PhD in signals processing) Good luck!
Thank you. What type of questions about my tasks? Any idea why people got rejected? For me the case is a little different since I was an SDE in the US for three years. So that’s a specialized role to begin with and now I’m going back to that role.
I did L1B a long time ago.. I don't remember anything at all technical but I drove down to Sweetgrass with paperwork to get the stamp.
Hi OP. Could you share your experience in Calgary. I have mine in Toronto in a few weeks. Any tip helps.
They will be asking formal questions to see if your explanation matches company’s petition - company name, job title and etc. But they probably profiled you already and made their decision, so interview is a last formality.
