Is 150k base plus 30k RSUs for 10+ yrs at Wayfair is below average? Any light on work culture is helpful.

I think $180K for a L3 band is a fair compensation considering Boston area. I also think for 10YEO the person should be more of a L4 but then it depends on the experience and its relevancy. The work culture is good. People are usually collaborative
