L4 SDE2 4 yoe compensation
Hi Everyone what compensation can you expect working in Bay area or Seattle with 4 years of work ex + MS. Assuming you are targeting tier 1 compnies which are say: Google, FB, Apple, AirBnb, linkedIn, Netflix, Rubrik etc. i have an offer in Seattle paying: base: 165k Joining + relocation: 33k rsu: 90k 3 years

For F/G, the median for SDE2 in Bay area is probably somewhere around 250-260k

Median is 200k. 250-260 is top of the band pay. Most people won’t have competing offers to be able to get that.

With 4 yoe and MS (assuming in the related field), you can actually go for a senior position (E5 at Fb/G) and get much higher TC (300k - 400k)

So 325k is the highest number for LinkedIn Senior? Does it include annual bonus?
