L4 offer eval
Received an offer from Uber: Base: 148k RSU: 310k 4yr (using ~$40 a share, being very conservative here) Target bonus: 12k There is also a target RSU refresher. Is this a good offer? Not sure how to gauge it since there is a reasonable volatility to the stock value. I feel there is some room for negotiation (undergoing soon), but not sure which direction to drive. Current TC 230k from startup, 4yoe
Over 10k RSUs for L4?
It's roughly 8k RSU, I was converting to USD.
...that doesn’t make sense. 310k at $30/share is over 10k shares. The offer is 8k RSUs, and current valuation is around $40/share.

I got the nearly the same offer for L4. They didnt match any of the other offers I had so I had to reject in the end.

Looks like a good L4 offer to me
Base can go up to 154k. RSU can be 9.6k shares.

Not bad. So it is like 240k-250k TC? Uber bonus is less than 10%
That's a rough number, discounting the target stock refresher.
